Learning Toys promote skills development in children of all ages

There are a number of different learning toys that can help develop different skills within your child.  Learning toys can aid in developing perceptual, cognitive, motor and sensory skills to name just a few.  They also help to increase memory skills and logical thinking patterns while making learning fun too.

Learning toys that aid in developing early skills within your child include:

  • building blocks
  • simple building sets
  • toys that manipulate and sort different shapes
  • jigsaw puzzles
  • layering and stacking toys
  • phonic sets and activity boards with different dials and buttons
  • learning toys that imitate real life situations such as -cooking sets, shopping carts, telephones, building tools, tractors and dump trucks

Learning toys such as Magic Loops help to develop your child's eye and hand coordination as well as increase their motor skills.  You can bend, stretch, and fold them into different sizes and shapes. The LeapStart learning table is another excellent toy for hand and eye coordination.  Watch as your child learns to push, pull, slide, open and close.

Countdown is just one of a large number of learning toys that help increase logical thinking within your child.  It is a great game for improving counting, math, and other logical thinking skills.

Learning toys such as Color Cubes Activity Sets can aid in the coordination of visual, reasoning, and motor skills. This beautiful set includes colorful wooden cubes and activity cards.  The activities include making shapes, patterning, and building shapes and towers.  Playing with this game will enable your child to explore logical reasoning, spatial relations, geometric concepts as well as problem solving.
